Neecee Blackwell of Fazec Facepainting was interviewed by Rick Rowe of KTBS, Channel 3. They are promoting the 5th Annual Highland Blues and Jazz Festival which happens tomorrow (sat) from noon to 6pm at Columbia Park in Shreveport. There will be 11 bands, food and artists booths and lots of fun to be had! It's free to attend but bring money to buy great food and artwork!!!
Amy Eileen Flynn was gracious enough to be Neecee's facepainting model. Her jewelry will be available at the festival and is also featured in these promo spots.
