Evening of Art
Desire a rich life? Fill it with art from all disciplines. That's just one thought Robert Trudeau shared with the audience at last night's Evening of Art.
Most folks know Trudeau as the mastermind behind Shreveport.blogspot. He's also a visual artist, a teacher at Caddo Magnet High School, and a man who trips the light fantastic while tasting the adventure of life wherever he treks.
Click for a look at his work (Trudeau encourages artists to take advantage of flickr.com as just one tool to get their work out into the world).

Painting the Wray Way
It's another great evening of food and art this Friday night at the Bossier Arts Council. For over sixty years Jerry Wray has been professional artist and at this upcoming Evening of Art you'll explore how she's made art and been an important part of the SB Land community.
It'll be a great start to your weekend with plenty of time after the event to make it across the river to the Red River Revel. As Trudeau points out on his blog, Jerry wouldn't want it any other way. The party starts at 5:30pm October 5, 2007 at the Bossier Arts Council, 630 Barksdale Blvd.
